The Sudandira Matriculation School is a recognized English Medium co-education School. It is affiliated to the Board of Matriculation Schools of Education, Tamil Nadu. The School is Upgraded to 10th Std in 1997-98 and further upgraded to Higher Secondary School during 2005-06.
The founder of the school is Sri.N.S.Sivaprakasa Mudaliar. The Sudandira Nursery School was started in 1976 with 50 children and today we are proud of having expanded in a full fledged Matriculation School recognised by the Government of Tamil Nadu.The School is run by Sudandira Educational Trust. From Pre KG to XII Std, housed at green land at “Sudandira Avenue” Mettu Street Cross, Tiruttani, with a large of land, play ground with full infrastructure.
Students should be punctual in attending the school. Late coming should be avoided. Irregular attendance neglect in doing homework, disobedience and disrespect towards members of the staff justify dismissal. It is compulsory for every pupil to come to school in full uniform, clean and tidy including foot wear well polished.

Our students make use of the school library, which has a large volume of reference books & journals on various subjects are available. Students of higher classes will be issued identity card and they are expected to produce it at every visit to the library.
Maintenance
Students should possess the prescribed textbooks and notebooks of their own Lending/borrowing will not be allowed.
In case, students being absent, the notes given during the days of their absence, should bre first completed before they go on to, that day’s work.
Laboratories
The school has adequately equipped Science laboratories for physics chemistry,biology and computer science. the latest scientific apparatus are housed in well – equipped laboratories with spacious seating arrangements which will enable the students to get a first hand knowledge of the practical session in a scientific atmosphere.
